Vintek Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VintekSolutions.com website and the EverList, ServicePRO, and SongBook mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:
- Email address
- Display name
- Authentication credentials (managed by Firebase Authentication or Supabase Auth)
App Data
Each app stores data you create while using it. This data is associated with your account and synced to cloud services:
- EverList: Meal plans, shopping lists, ingredient preferences, store preferences, budget data
- ServicePRO: Client information, job records, invoices, estimates, schedules, business settings, photos
- SongBook: Songs, lyrics, chords, setlists, audio recordings, tags
Location Data
EverList may request access to your device location to find your nearest Kroger-family store for price lookups. Location data is used only for this purpose and is not stored on our servers. You can deny location access and manually set your store instead.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the apps. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment account details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Services
- Sync your data across devices
- Process transactions and send related information (invoices, receipts)
- Look up grocery prices at your local store (EverList)
- Generate AI-powered meal suggestions and price estimates (EverList)
- Improve and optimize our apps
- Respond to support requests
3. Third-Party Services
Our apps use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, cloud database, and AI services for EverList and SongBook. Firebase Privacy

- Kroger API — Grocery product and pricing data for EverList. No personal data is sent to Kroger; only product search queries and store location IDs.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on cloud servers provided by Firebase (Google Cloud) and Supabase (AWS). We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Authentication-based access controls
- Row-level security policies (ServicePRO)
- Firestore security rules (EverList, SongBook)
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time:
- Delete individual items within the app (meals, songs, clients, etc.)
- Delete your entire account and all associated data by contacting us at contact@vinteksolutions.com
Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our cloud services within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing

8. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not serve advertisements in our apps
- We do not track you across other apps or websites
- We do not share your data with data brokers

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

App-Specific Privacy Details
EverList
- Data stored: Meal plans, ingredients, shopping lists, store preferences, brand/organic preferences, budget history
- Cloud provider: Firebase (Google Cloud)
- AI processing: Meal names are sent to Google's Gemini AI via Firebase AI SDK to generate ingredient suggestions and price estimates. No personal data is included in AI requests.
- Location: Optional — used only to find nearest Kroger store. Not stored remotely.
- Kroger API: Product search queries are sent to Kroger's API. Only the search term and store location ID are sent — no personal information.
ServicePRO
- Data stored: Business profiles, client records, job history, invoices, estimates, schedules, photos, notes, mileage logs
- Cloud provider: Supabase (AWS)
- Client data: Client names, contact information, and service addresses you enter are stored securely. You are responsible for informing your clients about data collection as required by local laws.
- Payments: Invoice payments are processed by Stripe. ServicePRO does not store payment card details.
- Photos: Job photos are stored in Supabase Storage and are accessible only to your account.
- Offline data: Some data is cached locally using SQLDelight for offline access. Local data is encrypted at rest on supported devices.
SongBook
- Data stored: Songs, lyrics, chords, setlists, audio recordings, tags, favorites
- Cloud provider: Firebase (Google Cloud)
- Audio recordings: Recordings you make are stored in Firebase Storage and are accessible only to your account.
- Microphone access: Used for the tuner and audio recording features. Audio is processed on-device for tuning and only stored when you explicitly record.
